The women of ADEOTI SA, builders too
In construction, a historically male trade, nearly 110 women drive ADEOTI SA forward, at head office, on job sites and in support services. In March 2026 the company dedicated its first Women's Day to them.

A first Women's Day
For International Women's Day, ADEOTI SA organised for the first time a celebration entirely dedicated to its female employees. It took place on Saturday 21 March to bring together all the women of the company, from head office and from the job sites alike: those working in the North were brought down by company coaches.
The programme
Reflection
Thanksgiving mass and prayer at the mosque, each according to her faith.
Welcome
At the Majestic in Cadjehoun, everyone in the official wax-print outfit.
Talk and debate
Led by specialist coaches.
Celebration
Lunch, music, games and dancing among colleagues.

The 2026 theme: women's mental health
- Work-life balance
- Managing everyday stress and pressure
- Psychological well-being
- Self-confidence
The talk left plenty of room for questions and personal accounts.

A nod to the job site
Yellow safety helmets, traffic cones and a “STOP ADEOTI” sign: the dessert table was staged as a real job site. A cheerful way of saying that the women of ADEOTI SA are builders too.
“Behind every road built there are also committed women.”
A first edition that opens an annual event. Organising committee chaired by Mrs ADEOTI Ramziath.
