Every deviation, every complaint, every report from a worker follows a written process, with a named person in charge and a deadline. What gets measured gets managed.
Every risk is rated
Severity (1 to 4) × Probability (1 to 4) × Control (1 to 3) = criticality, from 1 to 48.
- ≤ 8 : acceptable
- 9 to 23 : significant
- ≥ 24 : high
Significant or high risk: action plan within 25 working days, following the hierarchy of controls (elimination, substitution, collective protection, organisation, personal protection).
Monitoring at every pace
- Daily : a single form for any event; safety talks on site.
- Monthly : analysis of trends and indicators for each process.
- Quarterly : review of QHSE communication and stakeholder feedback.
- Yearly : internal audit programme and management review chaired by senior management.

Resident, road user, partner or worker: you can report an incident, a nuisance or a concern related to one of our sites. Every report is logged, acknowledged and follows a written process with a named person in charge.
