Our training centre prepares our machine operators
Good machine operators, skilled and rigorous, are hard to find. So ADEOTI SA created its own training centre: it selects, trains and supports its future earthmoving machine operators all the way to the job site.

2026 intake
Demanding selection and assessment at every stage. Candidates are aged 21 to 40, educated from BEPC (lower secondary) to baccalaureate and above, and hold a B driving licence. One lead trainer and two external trainers supervise the intake.
