Since 1992, ADEOTI SA has made a choice few companies in the sub-region have made: to produce, in its own facilities, all the processed materials that make up a pavement and its structures. This fleet, supplied by leading European and North American manufacturers, is in operation on the Group's projects.

Our facilities
Asphalt plants
4 plants · 580 t/h combined
Four plants of 140 to 150 t/h produce asphalt concrete for wearing courses and bituminous gravel. Two plants can supply two work fronts at once, with backup capacity in case of technical downtime.
Emulsion plants
3 plants · 30 t/h
ADEOTI SA makes its own bitumen emulsions for prime coats, tack coats and surface dressings: no dependence on imports, secure lead times and a formulation adjusted to the substrate and climate.
Cement-treated gravel mixers
3 mixers · 1,200 t/h combined
Our Schwing Stetter and SAE Fayat mixers (300 to 500 t/h) produce homogeneous cement-treated gravel with controlled binder content, at the pace of a major linear project.
Concrete batching plants
6 plants · 255 m³/h combined
Six plants of 15 to 70 m³/h supply bridges, box culverts, hydraulic structures, retaining walls and drainage, spread along the route.
Slipform machines
6 machines · 12.8 to 25 m/min
Gutters, concrete-lined ditches, kerbs, safety barriers and dividers produced continuously: regular geometry, better durability and output rates far beyond traditional formwork.
Paving-stone plant
Zenith 1500-2-S · 2,400 m²/day
Concrete pavers for town crossings, pavements, junctions, parking areas and bus stops, made and tested in-house.
The Tori paving-stone plant
Our new modern paving-stone plant produces, on an automated line, the concrete pavers and blocks for our urban developments. It received a ministerial visit on 6 August 2025.
Slipform gutters and kerbs
Reinforcement, machine set-up, concrete feed, finishing: our slipform machines produce gutters and kerbs continuously, with regular geometry and output rates far beyond traditional formwork.
